There are many amazing skin benefits; mud rejuvenates, cleanses and protects your dog's skin and health. The first line of defense with every dog is the skin and therefore, it needs to be protected. Most issues arise when the skin barrier is damaged, which allows pollutants, bacteria, yeast etc., to penetrate that barrier leaving our fur babies unwell.
The soothing nature of a mud bath comes from a dog's instinct. Most dogs love to play in the mud and often get scolded for doing do. By using mud treatments, it's a more relaxing and natural experience. This added sense of relaxation with the muds and massage combined will ease your dog's stress, especially for nervous or anxious dogs, providing much needed relief.

Mats cut off the air flow in your dogs hair which can trap moisture and cause irritation, sores and even cause bacteria to grow. Even mild matting can be painful, but in severe cases, matting can cut off circulation to your dogs skin & cause hematomas.
